Born and raised in Vermont, Kelley left the northeast in pursuit of education and adventure. She spent 13 years in the US Navy. The Navy provided both adventure - she lived in and visited various countries within the Pacific Rim – and education. Kelley is married to a retired Navy man and has two boys.
